The Whroovale Estate in Nagambie has a brand new playspace designed with the community in mind! After listening to residents’ requests, the Strathbogie Shire Council created a vibrant green space that caters to all ages.
For the younger residents, a fantastic playscape offers endless opportunities for fun and exploration. Suitable for children from 3 to 8 years old, the equipment encourages healthy activity and social interaction. The centerpiece is a custom-designed Flora tower, packed with climbing options. Kids can scale the timber bouldering wall, navigate metal and timber ladders, scramble up rope netting, or pretend to be monkeys swinging through the trees on the climbing branches. There’s even an acrylic climbing wall for the truly adventurous, and a fireman’s pole for a speedy descent!
This new playspace isn’t just about fun, it’s about fostering a sense of community. With a focus on encouraging social interaction and promoting health and wellbeing, the Whroovale Estate Playspace is a great place for families to gather, play, and connect with their neighbours.
