Thomas Street Reserve is the first fully inclusive playspace in Bayside. The new and improved park caters to a wide range of abilities and interests, with a medieval theme.
The large custom Eyrie structure together with the small Castle and Turrets was designed in collaboration with the local community, designer Ric McConaghy and our partner Lappset Group.
The Yalp Interactive DJ Fono booth with custom benches provides an area to hang out and listen to music, which is great for the youth and is fully inclusive.
The site also houses a Seniors exercise unit, which was designed in conjunction with physical therapists, so grandparents are able to increase their strength and balance while the grandchildren explore.
