Logan City Council were looking to add the final piece to their active plus fitness station at Spring Mountain Reserve. Lappset’s Senior Exercise Classic 90 unit was the perfect choice to further boost the exercise options currently offered. The equipment is specifically designed for a low impact workout targeted to Seniors. It offers an exercise routine that focuses on movement, flexibility, coordination and dexterity rather than the traditional strength, resistance and cardio training.
