Oasis Seniors Exercise Park is located at Uniting War Memorial Hospital, an Aged Rehabilitation hospital owned and operated by Uniting and part of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
The Oasis outdoor exercise and rehabilitation space was created for inpatients and outpatients, as well as for surrounding facilities.
The exercise cluster is made up of various units targeting different activities like cardio, muscle strengthening, joint mobility, and fall prevention.
The design allows for multiple users at once, promoting social interaction and improved mental well-being.
