As part of the Eildon Reserves Redevelopment, our collaboration with Murrindindi Shire Council and JF Studio has resulted in a dedicated senior exercise space, promoting health, well-being, and social connection for older community members.
The space features specially designed equipment for seniors from our partner Lappset, including a Pedal Bench to strengthen lower limbs and improve coordination, a Shoulder Wheel to enhance shoulder mobility, a Hand Roll to support elbow and shoulder movement, and a Wave Pipe to improve dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Integrated into the broader $6.1 million redevelopment – which includes a splash park, skate park, swings, a flying fox, BBQ areas, and upgraded public amenities – this senior exercise space ensures that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy the revitalised Walter Moore and Thomas Marr Reserves.
